- The amount paid is automatically refunded if the request is rejected for any reason or the product is not available.
- The refund process may take a maximum of 14 working days from the date of the request through the website, application or call center.

- Discounted items are excluded from the discount percentage granted to the card holder in the event of special discounts and offers for loyalty customers.
- Saadeddin Pastry reserves the right to cancel the subscription or cancel the balance without consulting the customer.
- Saadeddin Pastry employees, business sector clients, or wholesale clients who have been granted special discounts are not entitled to participate in the Saadeddin Loyalty Program.

Terms and Conditions of the “Win a Car” Campaign Contest
- Participation in the contest is free and does not require any purchase.
- Participation in the contest is available only inside Saadeddin branches.
- Attendance at the time of the draw is not required to claim the prize.
- Answering the contest questions (if any), and writing the full name and phone number clearly is required.
- The last date to accept the contest entry coupon is the end date of the campaign.
- In case a participant wins more than once, only the first prize won will be awarded.
- Those who have obtained the license, as well as exhibition owners in the mall, advertising agencies, their children, and their employees are not allowed to participate in the contest.
